Project Duration

- Plant 53
6 weeks for all demolition and installation works, which
considered as a record time.

- Plant 54
8 weeks for all demolition and installation.

Project Scope

- Demolish of 2 heat exchangers, 3 towers, inter absorbing tower, final tower, stack, ducting, supporting structures, piping, electrical and instrumentation.
- Repair of foundation and new foundation.
- Supply of new supporting structures, ducts, electrical and instrumentation.
- Erection of new equipment: 2 exchangers, 3 towers, ducting, piping, supporting structures.
- Electrical, instrumentation new installation.
- Renewal of convertor/reactor.
- Replacing grids and posts division plates.
- Metallizing of more than 1,000 sq.m.
- Replacing brick lining.
- Removing old catalyst/screening/placing new and selected old catalyst.
- Disposal of unwanted catalyst safely.
